Boss B*tch Calendar is a charity project operating off of pre-orders. As such, our refund and return policy is non-negotiable and only applies in the following ways.
Should your order arrive damaged, in error, or have any other issues warranting replacement, contact us with proof of purchase to start the replacement process.
What is proof of purchase?
Your order number and associated email or telephone number. Screenshots are also appreciated, but we will still ask for the email or phone number used when placing the order for verification purposes.
How do I contact you to get my items replaced?

What if my address changed after I ordered?
Email or DM us immediately with the address change. If your order hasn't been shipped out yet, congrats! We'll update it and have your order shipped to the new address.
If your order has already been shipped out, you have two options:
- Pay an intercept fee to have the package rerouted to your new address.
- Set up a forwarding order on your old address to ensure all mail intended for you will be forwarded to your new address.
Boss B*tch Calendar Project will not:
- pay for returns
- refund your order*
- allow for exchanges between one tier and the other
- replace damaged goods without proof of purchase
*This does not apply in the case that you cancel your order prior to pre-orders closing, or that we are unable to replace damaged goods. This does not and will not apply to orders cancelled after the pre-order period is closed.
